If you have been following my Instagram Stories you’ll probably already know we have been baking up a storm. Today I’m sharing our favorite Pinterest holiday cookie recipes with you. Whether it’s for school, work, a cookie exchange or just because these recipes will definitely not disappoint!

1- Toll House chocolate chip cookies

This has been my go-to cookie recipe for years. It’s quick, easy and so delicious. If you are more of a cake cookie fan add 1/2 tsp of baking power to the recipe and these guys will certainly hit the spot! This recipe freezes up nicely so i usually make a few batches at a time.

2-Melt in your mouth whipped Shortbread cookies

These are definitely Baby Peanut’s favorite out of the bunch. She couldn’t stop eating them. They are buttery, light and literally melt in your mouth. I love how this recipe is so versatile. You can make a few variations using the same dough from plain rounds to jam thumbs or even star shaped ones. Simply place the dough in a piping bag with a star tip and pipe directly onto baking sheet.

3- Instant sugar cookies

You don’t need to chill the dough before cutting these out!  A huge win because patience well, is not our strong suit. These cookies are light and buttery and oh so good. I’ve fallen in love with sugar cookies again!!  The kids had the most fun making these as they got to cut them out into different shapes and decorate them. Toss sprinkles, smarties, chocolate chips into bowls and let them get creative! To save time, we used store bought icing and there were no complaints!

4- Pillsbury Chocolate Chip cookies

If you’re really crunched for time, Pillsbury never disappoints! Grab a roll from the refrigerator aisle and toss them in your oven. You’ll have fresh baked cookies in 12 minutes!!

We had so much fun & a lot of sugar highs testing out these recipes! All three of these recipes call for a hand blender which we did not use. Baby Bean is terrified of our noisy hand blender so we opted to use only our hands and they turned out absolutely delicious!! Let me know which one of these recipes is your favorite. Until next time
